Support 24/7!
Whenever we need help, the Support Team will always be there to help with any concerns. We have a I need help button, located below the broadcast window on the right side. When we press the button, a pop-up window appears and shows us the two contact options available:
- Open a ticket: For non-urgent inquiries not related to the show. For example: questions about withdrawals.
- Call an Admin: For urgent support requests related to the show. For example: video or audio issues.
Create a ticket
If we select this option, we must enter the following details:
- Subject: Reason for writing the ticket.
- Email: The account email is automatically displayed.
- Detailed explanation: Describe the question or problem with as much detail as possible.
- Add a file: We can upload screenshots or other files to add to our explanation.
Once we have all the details filled in, we press the Submit button and the Support Team will address our ticket ASAP via email.
Call an Admin
If we need more urgent help and or want to be attended live by an Admin, press the Call an Admin option and we will see the “Wait for an Admin” icon flashing. This means an Admin will enter the room and start a private chat with us to discuss our inquiry or problem.
At the end of the chat and after clarifying my doubts, the Admin will notify us of a Satisfaction Survey that we must fill out regarding our experience during the private chat with them. The Survey will appear when the Admin finishes the chat. We fill it in and send it, so that it can be registered by the website. Doing so means we help to improve the service provided by the Support Team.
Note: If we are able to resolve our question before the Admin arrives to the room, we can cancel the call, by placing the cursor over the same icon, wait for it to say Cancel and click on it.
