Surely you’ve asked yourself more than once: Why don’t I have more viewers? Why don’t the viewers I have give me more tips? Am I showing too much in my shows, or too little? We know how worrying this can be when you have these kinds of doubts. We’re going to try to answer them by going over some of the most frequent mistakes that are made when it comes to broadcasting.
- Not being a good hostess.
What do users who prefer live cams to traditional porn look for? Interaction. Those viewers aren’t just there to see you, they also want to chat and get to know you. Why would they spend their money in the room of someone who doesn’t even say hello? That’s exactly the first thing you need to do: greet everyone, and if you have time, have a brief conversation with each one. This way you’re directly showing them you appreciate their presence and assuring them that their tips are going to be worth their while.
Consider this: you are surrounded by other venues where many girls are making sure that all of your viewers feel at home. You are in a very competitive environment. Being friendly to your audience is probably more important than being pretty, sexy and having good image quality.
2. Forgetting the most important information.
What times can they find you? Which are your room rules? What are your likes and dislikes? Where is your tip menu? Adding all this information is a good idea for two reasons: the first is because it saves you from answering the same questions like a broken record. And the second is even more important: you’re making yourself known.
Your personality should shine the most during your broadcast, but you can take advantage of your bio section to create a captivating personality, a personal brand. Inventing a character and writing it down will help you be clear about who you want to be for your followers, so it will be easier for you to bring it to life during your shows.
3. Not having a pricing strategy.
You may be pricing your shows too low and giving away too much free stuff. It’s a good idea to spend a couple of hours studying the prices of the top earning models, so you can form your own criteria on what is normal to charge for what.
Also look at the number of followers they have. That indicates that their prices are well balanced and that there are many users willing to pay them. Remember that you are worth as much as any of these girls. Don’t think that lowering your prices will give you an advantage over them: it will only be positioning you in a lower category.
4. Forget about your social networks.
Your followers want to become your fans. And what do fans do? They need to know everything about their idols – the more you give them, the better! If they like your shows, top it off with social media where you make yourself known. Your social networks are the perfect place to extend your personal brand and make it even more seductive and fascinating.
