I greed your body, your soft skin
sliding on mine. Your skin:
map memorized in salt
I greed that lingual palpitation in my protruding
pumping leg inside:
ritual-awakening of our instincts,
shared saliva, unison effluvia

I covet your simple nakedness,
the decadence of breaths,
our lost glances that seek each other,
your neck open to me,
the fragility of that momentary ascension
that moves us to the body of the other
where we die, again, in life,
where we live for an instant, in death
